Music Series
Every Sunday school and every Wednesday night we hand these little announcement sheets out in the Teens of Faith. We wanted to do the same for you.
Does it make you feel like a teen?
One thing it allows us to do is communicate. A few announcements follow this note, but the main purpose is to let you know about our little mini-series on music.
Music infiltrates our society. It’s everywhere… so where did it come from, and what is its purpose?
For the next three weeks while Pastor is away we will study the subject of music in our combined services. Our emphasis will be on music in the church, but the principles still transcend all music.
I hope you enjoy it… at least enough to return next week.

SATURATION SATURDAY – THIS SATURDAY, MAY 12, 9:45am
MOTHER/DAUGHTER BANQUET – THIS SATURDAY, MAY 12, 10 am. Setup help needed:
- If you can help after tonight’s service, please set up only 12 tables (not chairs yet).
- Also, please take the “wall” (2 4’x8’ hinged sheets) from behind the church (basketball court) to the Fellowship Hall.
MOTHERS DAY – THIS SUNDAY – Pastor will present gifts to certain moms in our services on Sunday.
TOF GARAGE SALE ITEMS – Teens, please move the items from behind the kitchen to the storage room. Please ensure the chairs are at the front of the room and not blocked by garage sale items. 3 racks of chairs will need to be rolled to the gym for Saturday.
ASSURANCE TRIO – Next Sunday, May 20. Please be sure to greet Hannah, Jamie, Kelly, Cameron and Chad. Their sponsor will be preaching our services and Assurance will be singing for our combined Sunday school and morning services. (Teens and adults)
TOF COMEDY NIGHT PRACTICES AT 6:30 – Parents, for the next two weeks of our combined Wednesday services (5/16 & 5/23), we will practice skits from 6:30 – 6:55pm.
