TOF – Horrible Disease…

April 22nd, 2015

Poor seniors. They get this horrible disease this time of year. It plagues almost all of them.

It shows up in a variety of symptoms: bags under the eyes, worn-out shoes from dragging their feet, lots of “uugh!”s come out of their mouths, their backpacks get heavier, the days get longer, they get paper cuts from reading and re-reading their acceptance letters, and they generally hate life—including most teachers, classmates, parents, and anyone else holding them back from starting all over as a freshman again.

Come on seniors… why rush into being a freshman again? That’s crazy!

But seniors always get the disease. You guessed it… tooth decay. No wait… senioritis!

Pray for them. Pray that they endure. If you’re a senior, hang in there. I know it’s rough. I know school’s rough. But hey… if it’s any consolation, life is rough. And then you die.

The end.

Live for God. He makes every day worthwhile, even the ones plagued by senioritis.
