Periodic Reminders

Half the Old Testament is the word Remember. No, that’s not true. It’s 48%. I just rounded up. As Israel forgot, so do we. Today’s insert is a simple reminder of some of the standards we work to maintain as we sing for the Lord. My prayer is that you […]

Thank you

Periodically you’re asked to do stuff.

And you’re always willing to do it. Praise God!

Thank you for your servant’s spirit. It’s refreshing to be around people who love to serve. We watched a documentary on Disney parks and one of the standout features is their passion for serving. It seems like every worker is all about helping people. It seems like everyone there is happy. You LOVE to be around people who love to serve you.

So when you are that kind of servant, you are a testimony to others everywhere! Working through your BIBS books you came across another application day today. Hopefully you have been challenged through the Word to have a faith that is REAL like the Thessalonians had. Your faith should not just be something that you believe, but it should be something that changes your day-to-day lives. Your Christianity should be something that causes you to sacrifice (ch. 2), to endure any type of persecution (ch. 2), to constantly mature (ch. 3), and to be pure (ch. 4). If your faith is real, it will show up LOTS of different ways in your life (ch. 5)!

So thank you for letting it show up. You’re a blessing to be around. Keep doing right. Keep loving God. Keep loving others. We love you!
