What Are We Supposed To Do With Ourselves Now?

Now that Comedy Night is done, what are we supposed to do with ourselves? We’ve been so intensely practicing that we forgot about… gaming! Oh yeah. Mafia. That’s what we can do. Thanks, Alexa. And for the lesson time, we finished up the 3 M’s and 3 A’s for men […]

Youth Rally

Who did you invite? (Actually, whom did you invite!)

I know Lexi invited Havi. Did you invite anyone who doesn’t normally come? How about the people who come on Sunday mornings but may not be here tonight? Are they coming?

Outreach is about… reaching out! Past yourself, thinking of others.

And outreach to something like a youth rally is an easy thing to do. I mean, come on! For $5 we all get to hang out with Bro. Will and play games and eat pizza! How cool is that?!

Purpose to come on Saturday. Purpose to invite someone. Purpose to be purposeful about your purposing. (Ok, I’ve been studying Daniel 1:8 a little.)

The best part about Saturday will be the preaching. Of course, Bro. Bryan Samms is awesome, but the Bible is awesomer. Bible preaching not only challenges the unbeliever, but it stablishes the believer. Remember that word stablish? Good word.

I’ll probably be preaching about that word in church here in a couple weeks when my dad’s gone. As a Bible principle, Bible preaching is what will help you live a productive, solid life. Getting as much Bible preaching as you can is a HUGE way to show that you’re growing as a Christian like you should be.

And anyone who’s growing like that has to spread it around to others. So come to hear the Bible preaching on Saturday. And bring someone along too! You and they will benefit.
